Jerash Ruins
Take advantage of this full-day trip of Jordan's cities with a private driver. You will depart from Amman in the morning and travel to Jerash, a fine example of a Middle Eastern Roman provincial city. Visit the Nymphaeum, the Temple of Artemis, and the magnificent Roman colonnaded street. Take images of the historic architecture by bringing your camera.

Your next stop is Ajloun, a magnificent Islamic castle from the 12th century that Salah al-Din, a well-known Muslim leader, built around 1184. You may stroll around the castle's stone walls and worn-out facade.

Then proceed to Umm Qais, a member of the renowned Decapolis, a confederation of ten cities. Umm Qais was established by Alexander the Great, and signs of his Greek heritage may still be observed in this historic city. You will have a commanding view of the Golan Heights, the Sea of Galilee, and the north Jordan Valley from the city.
